Throughout your child’s journey with us we will regularly seek your views and feedback on what we are doing well and what we can improve upon. The quickest way to provide feedback is to speak to a member of the team or your child’s Key Person. A concern can often be relieved, or a problem solved most easily by talking about it at an early stage. Our team are trained to listen and respond in a professional manner, so please do not feel inhibited. Beyond that the Management Team should be able to address any concerns you may have.
More formally we invite you to share your views on what we are doing well and what we can improve or voice an idea you might like or put forward by e-survey twice a year. Should you wish to put pen to paper parents can complete one of our feedback forms located on the front desk of each setting. Contact details for Ofsted are displayed on the Parents Notice Board in the entrance area.
