How to get started in a nursery career
If you are ready to take the next step towards a career in childcare at Seymour House nurseries, here is what you need to do:
Check out the qualifications – If you have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education then you can apply to be an Early Years Educator. If you already have experience working in an early years setting and a higher level of qualification, there may be other nursery job roles available.
Starting from scratch? No problem!
If you’re just beginning your journey into early years education, our Apprenticeship Programme is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn on the job in one of our beyond brilliant nurseries, supported every step of the way by our expert team. With lots of fun, hands-on experience and plenty of giggles along the way, you’ll work towards becoming a fully qualified Early Years Educator and discover just how magical this childcare career can be.
