Laura Clarke
Nursery ManagerI’ve been a part of the most amazing Seymour House team for over five years and love to inspire everyone to live our nurturing values and provide beyond brilliant care and education every day. It is always such a pleasure to support families, children and my team, and I pride myself on being approachable. My aim is to make our wonderful nursery a positive, wholesome, and bubbly environment for everyone.
Emma Walker
Head of Early Years PracticeWith over a decade of experience in early years and a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my role. I love to create nurturing environments that support children to learn, develop, and grow. With a keen interest in sport, I am committed to promoting healthy lifestyles, and use my experience of coaching children’s fitness classes to inspire both the children and the team.
Our Early Years Educators
We have a dedicated team of long-standing Early Years Educators at our Brinkley Lane Nursery, equipped with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Many of our team are highly qualified with Level 3, 5 and 6 (Early Years Degrees) as well as Early Years Teacher Status, which supports the children to receive the beyond brilliant care we strive to offer. Our Educators encourage children to be curious, creative, critical thinkers using the most innovative and forward-thinking teaching.
Our Apprentices
Our very own Apprenticeship Programme enables aspiring Educators to develop their skills and knowledge as they work alongside our expert team to achieve their Level 3 qualification. Our Apprentices are passionate about working in the Early Years and becoming experts in delivering our ambitious curriculum and bespoke educational programmes.
Our Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
