Brogan Hughes
Nursery ManagerSince joining Seymour House in 2012, I’ve had amazing opportunities to develop my skills, enabling me to progress to Nursery Manager. In this role, I have supported so many wonderful families across several of our settings and continue to lead the team at Gershwin Park Nursery in delivering an enriching environment for children. I believe in providing the very best care and education and ensure we are beyond brilliant in everything we do.

Head of Early Years PracticeI am a great believer that children learn best when they are having fun (because I am a child at heart), so our team fill every activity with joy. My passion is to inspire exciting and fresh thinking for both children and their key person to explore, discover and learn together. By sharing the learning journey we can understand what is important for each child and we can nurture those skillsets by creating lots of exciting and fun activities!
Our Early Years Educators
Our Early Years Educators are outstanding fountains of knowledge, with a wide range of experience and qualifications. They ensure children’s individual needs are met, provide quality care and educational opportunities, and create an enriched learning environment where children thrive.
Our Apprentices
Our very own Apprentice Programme supports aspiring Educators to achieve their Level 3 qualification, developing a fun and rewarding career at Seymour House, while being supported by our team of experts. Our Apprentices strive to deliver creative, fresh thinking through our unique pedagogical approaches, supporting our children and families to receive beyond brilliant care.
Our Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
