Holly Berriman
Nursery ManagerSince joining Seymour House, my journey to becoming the Nursery Manager at Highfield Lane has been incredible. Not only have I had the opportunity to support so many wonderful families and see lots of children flourish, but I’ve also been given a warm and supportive environment to explore and develop my early years passion. My favourite part of my role is welcoming in families to all the fun and exciting learning opportunities in our nursery. I love supporting children to hone their creativity, whilst nurturing the team to achieve their own professional goals.
Our Early Years Educators
Our Early Years Educators are outstanding fountains of knowledge, with a wide range of experience and qualifications. They ensure children’s individual needs are met, provide quality care and educational opportunities, and create an enriched learning environment where children thrive.
Our Apprentices
Our Apprentices, with the support and knowledge from our Nursery Leadership Team, continuously improve, embed and practice outstanding care and education across the nursery whilst continuing their studies through our Seymour House Apprentice Academy.
Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
