Megan Smith
Head of Early Years PracticeI absolutely love everything about early years education! I use this passion to inspire my team of amazing educators to deliver our unique curriculum through engaging learning opportunities. I’ve been with Seymour House for five years now and feel the most joy when I’m supporting families and helping to provide children with the best 5 years of their lives.
Our Early Years Educators
Our Early Years Educators are outstanding fountains of knowledge, with a wide range of experience and qualifications. They ensure children’s individual needs are met, provide quality care and educational opportunities, and create an enriched learning environment where children thrive.
Our Apprentices
Our Apprentices, with the support and knowledge from our Nursery Leadership Team, continuously improve, embed and practice outstanding care and education across the nursery whilst continuing their studies through our Seymour House Apprentice Academy.
Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
