A Lunchtime Assistant plays an integral role within our nursery team, helping children at often the busiest times of the day. Our Lunchtime Assistants build high quality relationships with the children and teams, by supporting each child’s individual care routine.
“Before joining Seymour House in 2012 I was a motor claims negotiator working for a large Lloyds motor insurer.
Having been at home for 11 years with my children I needed something to fit in with family life.
I also wanted to work with children, something very different to my previous role and I was attracted to the high standards and flexible working hours at Seymour House.
I enjoy interacting with the children and the new challenges that each day brings.
