Nursery Manager
Anna BaxterI am proud to have built a longstanding and successful career at Seymour house over the past 18 years. I have held a variety of roles, which has allowed me to develop a broad range skills and experiences. I enjoy being able to share this knowledge with the team to help support our families at Gershwin Park and ensure they have a positive experience with Seymour House. As a Mum of two energetic boys, I spend a lot of time exploring a variety of outdoor environments, this has deepened my passion for creating an environment that not only nurtures and challenges children but sparks their curiosity about the world around them both indoors and outdoors.

Jess RatcliffI am a great believer that children learn best when they are having fun (because I am a child at heart), so our team fill every activity with joy. My passion is to inspire exciting and fresh thinking for both children and their key person to explore, discover and learn together. By sharing the learning journey we can understand what is important for each child and we can nurture those skill sets by creating lots of exciting and fun activities!

Our Early Years Educators are outstanding fountains of knowledge, with a wide range of experience and qualifications. They ensure children’s individual needs are met, provide quality care and educational opportunities, and create an enriched learning environment where children thrive.
Our Apprentices
Our very own Apprentice Programme supports aspiring Educators to achieve their Level 3 qualification, developing a fun and rewarding career at Seymour House, while being supported by our team of experts. Our Apprentices strive to deliver creative, fresh thinking through our unique pedagogical approaches, supporting our children and families to receive beyond brilliant care.
Our Nursery Food Champion
Our Nursery Food Champion supports our team in delivering food education to the children through cooking, planting in our kitchen garden, and understanding where our food comes from. They also work with Nursery Kitchen to provide healthy and balanced meals for our children throughout the day.
